We share three leading designer’s signature bathroom styles. Revealing their expert insight and Australian design knowledge, we asked the director of Coy Yiontis; Rosa Coy, director of FIGR Architecture; Adi Adic and creative director of Atelier Lab. Jack Milenkovic for their signature bathroom styles.

“We aim to imbue our bathrooms with an equal mix of theatre, tranquillity and practicality. They must be functional as well as a private place one can escape to; to relax and pamper. We always aspire to introduce natural light into our bathrooms, usually in the form of a skylight to maintain privacy and create drama. The spaces are flooded with light washing down fully tiled walls, featuring minimal fittings and natural materials. Less is more.”
-Rosa Coy, Director at Coy Yiontis Architects

“Our bathroom designs yearn to achieve an organic feel and atmosphere which either promotes the feeling of outdoors or has a visual connection with greenery and sky. These connections with nature add an organic atmosphere and provide the perfect environment to relax in the Falper Quattro bath. The use of natural materials is a nostalgic reminder of an onsen, a hammam or banya. The selected fittings act as functional ornaments which create a stunning paring between the brushed gold palette and natural finishes. Our work takes on a layered approach through its material selection and its composition with finely crafted fittings.”
– Adi Atic, Director at FIGR Architecture
