Interior designer Fiona Lynch is one of those intriguing, quietly spoken designers you can’t help but want to get to know. Talented and inquisitive by nature, we can vouch for the fact that she makes for a very entertaining lunch date.
So of course as soon as we saw the stunning range of images seen below – we wanted to know more. The designers second collection of Australian made, goat hair rugs has seen her draw on the fine arts background that eventually led to a career in interior design.
Inspired by the formations of shattered glass, the Shard Collection is a mixture of abstract formations in hues of cobalt blue, firestone reds, indigos and golden browns. Available to order in a range of 6 sizes and four different colour ways of cobalt blue, firestone reds and golden browns, Lynch’s rugs are certainly the perfect focal point and grounding accent to any home.
Teaming up with photography and styling duo, Brooke Holm and Marsha Golemac, the collection of stunning rugs have been cleverly shot in a Melbourne based glass factory. Naturally.
