Just because we are heading into winter with shorter days and grey moody skies down here in the southern hemisphere, it does not mean that a home has to forgo a little sparkle. We have to admit to being a little bit inspired ourselves to inject a dash of metallic brights, with just a flash of geometric pattern play, into our homes after seeing the new release 2014 Winter range from Domayne this week.
Harking back to a bygone era in the product design of apothecary glassware, bronze serving trays and traditional white crockery, this modern day mix of materials is a look that screams eclectic fusion of the historical kind. If you’re looking to update your dinnerware, or revamp your entire living space in a one stop shop, should you be so inclined, the the new season catalogue is a good starting reference to ‘get the look’.
For our money we can’t go past the Studio Floor Lamps, but whether in copper, white or matt black…thats the million dollar question.
