Given the kitchen’s visibility within their Bay House home, designer Meryl Hare of Hare + Klein selected integrated Sub Zero appliances to maintain a clutter-free space. Behind the cabinetry is a Sub-Zero designer series all refrigerator-column.
Sub-Zero has retained the form of its Designer Series Refrigeration collection while advancing the refrigeration’s internal functionality. Key elevations include a new Split Climate™ Intelligent Cooling System that uses a speed compressor to optimise the internal temperature within 1 degree of set point. The newly added ClearSight™ LED lighting scheme illuminates the refrigerator’s interior, enhancing visibility during the day and switching into night mode function in the evening to help decrease the brightness by 90 per cent.
Additional refinements to the Designer Series Refrigeration collection extend to improved functionality inside, including an easy, touch control panel, flip-up dairy compartment to store taller items, adjustable door shelves, nano-coated glass to create a hydrophobic barrier and contain spills and a NASA-inspired air purification system that purges odours from the air every 20-minutes.
