We pay homage to Danish designer Cecilie Manz’s most influential pieces.
‘The Detail’ pages inside our 47th issue put a lens on five famed designers and the products they’re known for. Joining the ranks was Cecilie Manz, whose work within furniture, lighting, glass, and ceramics has earned her a reputation as one of Denmark’s leading contemporary designers. Owing to her eye for detail and knowledge of Scandinavian design principles, Cecilie’s pieces have been produced by a number of globally renowned Danish brands including Fritz Hansen, Bang & Olufsen, Muuto, and Fredericia Furniture.
This feature originally appeared in ‘The Detail’ pages of est magazine issue 47: Creative State of Mind (pp. 202-213).
