Our friends at C+M Studio are opening the doors to their second renovation in Sydney’s eastern suburbs this weekend and along with the house, everything you see inside is for sale. You may recall their first Open House concept, The Cross Street Project in Bondi last year? Design duo Megan Burns and Christopher Glanville have decided to up the ante this year by collaborating with leading Australian furniture retailer, Living Edge to create the aptly named Paddington Project.
Taking a quintessential Paddington terrace, the team at C+M Studio have renovated this corner building and redesigned it beautifully with more than a lick or two of white paint and months of hard labour thanks to their patient team of tradesmen and creative collaborators. If you are able to make it to the Open House viewing you will see floral arrangements by Sydney florist Doctor Cooper and the curated collection of contemporary Sydney based artists by Sebastian Goldspink.
