British photographer Richard Powers specialises in interiors, architecture and the built environment. working worldwide, he has been based in the south of france for several years. Early in his freelance career powers focused on the natural environment, developing his skills with a camera extensively throughout Australasia, Europe and the Americas. Once back in London his eye turned to the design world within which he rapidly established himself with commissions from design agencies and shelter magazines such as elle decoration.
