Designed by Piero Lissoni, Raw represents the ruggedness of hewn wood, translated in stone to create a nuanced play of light and shadow. Raw can be installed both vertically and horizontally. The process which creates Raw tiles is designed to preserve the natural aesthetic qualities of the stone. As a result of this, the tiles may not be perfectly identical, however this non-uniformity is intrinsic both to the texture and the natural stone itself.
