R-house | Double take

This week we stumbled across R-House by Tamizo Architects Mateusz Stolarski.  Admittedly we have a weakness for grey, black, white and natural materials, such as stone, concrete, wood and glass, so we gazed upon the project with rose coloured glasses. Although we’re no strangers to the wonders of 3D Architectural Visualisation, we did a massive double take when told R-House is a series of conceptual renderings rather than photographs.

Tamizo Architects Mateusz Stolarski are a Polish multi disciplinary design studio who value honesty, simplicity, detail and perfection. This ethos clearly translates from conception through to realisation. Their entire portfolio is nothing short of spectacular.

Upon reflection it’s the treatment of light, clean lines and carefully curated interior that attracted us to R-House. Real or not – we’re living there in our dreams.
