In collaboration with Design Hotels, design studio Dreimeta has converted a once private residence into a stunning nine guest room hotel in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea on the island of Ibiza. Embracing the buildings original Moorish influences and Iberian architecture, Dreimeta have designed a boutique hotel that espouses relaxation and calm – something the island of Ibiza is not necessary known for.
DESIGN Dreimeta | La Granja Hotel

The guestrooms vary in size; each one is outfitted with a luxury bed and materials of burnt wood, brushed and oiled ash, wood, stone and slate.

The cuisine at La Granja also embraces the Mediterranean diet and the rituals that go with it – that being fresh air, sunshine and exercise. Chef José Catrimán works with La Granja’s farmer Andy Szymanowicz in order to oversee the food that is grown on the grounds and in turn prepares his menus based on fresh, healthy, slow food that is served to guests at the communal dining table.
