    Anna Simamora, aka, The Floury Baker, is a professional chef with a focus on both flavour and texture for her meals and using seasonal produce above all else. Having cut her teeth as an apprentice at the once renown (and now defunct) Italian restaurant Bel Mondo, under the guidance of Stefano Manfredi and his mother, Franca – its safe to say that Anna has earn her culinary stripes pretty early on. A later stint working at Neil Perry’s Rockpool Group taught Anna the art of well balanced flavour while also allowing her to hone her skills in pastry making under one of Sydney’s finest dessert chefs, Catherine Adams.

    This early culinary education has clearly led to the creation of the perfect recipe for those with a busy lifestyle and an intolerance for cooking. Beautiful looking, tasty home style cooking that we can order in at a click of the mouse. Sydney – you never looked so good.
